You've probably heard the terms "fight or flight" and "rest and digest" when it comes to the nervous system; however, do you know how they function within your body and in your life? Understanding Your Nervous System is a two-session workshop that will explore and break down the biological functions of your body's communication pathways and help you engage more skillfully in life. Participants can expect to learn how the body and brain respond to stress, how to identify stressful triggers, and how to reduce stress and increase calm using the power of the nervous system.
