How do you envision your life? What are your passions, dreams, and goals?

The Creating Your Vision Day Retreat will be a day of asking yourself just that. We will take time to look at what it is that you value and how to incorporate those values into your daily life. What are the particles of your life, what is your purpose, and how do you marry the two?

Through yoga, meditation, writing exercises, and vision boarding you will uncover hidden, or not so hidden, desires and learn tools to live more fully in a vision and life of your choosing and creation.

Sample Schedule 10:00 am - 11:30 am: Morning Asana practice 11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Manifestation & Vision Boards 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Lunch (vegetarian) 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Free time (walk in the woods, read, sit by the lake) 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Afternoon Gentle Yoga Flow & Meditation 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Closing discussion
