$250 (USD) non-refundable deposit.
To confirm your participation in a WanderFreely Retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $250 (USD) is required to hold your reservation.

Once you have made your deposit of $250 (USD), please contact Nicole directly at connect@wanderfreely.com to set up your personalized payment plan.
Payment Policy
Once your deposit is made, 50% of the full payment is due four months before the retreat start date, with full payment due no later than two months before the retreat start date. Exact dates will vary; please see your Welcome Packet for details.
Refund Policy
A $250 deposit is non-refundable. You may use your refund toward another WanderFreely Retreat retreat within one calendar year.
100% refunded (minus deposit) if canceled six months or more before the retreat.
50% refunded (minus deposit) if canceled 4-5 months before the retreat
25% refunded (minus deposit) if canceled 2-3 months before the retreat
No refunds will be offered less than two months before the retreat start date.
A $30 service charge will be applied to all refunds.
In case of cancellation by
WanderFreely, LLC.
If the retreat has to be canceled for any reason by WanderFreely, LLC., you will be refunded 100% (less processing fees) of your payment. Please note that this only includes payments made to WanderFreely, LLC. and does not include any extra expenses such as flights, hotels, or additional payments made elsewhere. We highly recommend that you purchase additional travel insurance.
