In 2017 I quit my job, sold everything I owned, and started traveling the world. I’ve lived in Costa Rica, the Cayman Islands, Chicago, and Spain, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that happiness isn’t found in a place – it’s found within.

I have both my Vinyasa Flow and Karuna Flow 200-hour certifications, and I’m also an FRC® Mobility Specialist.
